🎄 Christmas is approaching – here’s how to make sure your gifts arrive in time!
To ensure your Christmas gifts reach you before December 24, we recommend placing your order no later than 15, December 22 at 12pm.

 

🎁 Extended return service until January 31, 2026
We know gifts don’t always hit the mark – so of course we’ve extended the return period, giving you plenty of time to return or exchange Christmas gifts until January 31, 2026.

 

📞 Customer service between Christmas and New Year
If you have questions or need help, our customer service is ready to assist you via email and phone up to and including Monday, December 22.
After that, we’ll take a short Christmas break, but we’ll be back and ready to help from Friday, December 27, via email.

*Our phone service will be closed from Dec 22, 2025 to Jan 5, 2026, but our email will remain open! You may experience longer reply times during the holiday period, but we strive to respond within 24 hours. Thank you for your patience.
