Leather is a natural material that evolves over time, developing a unique patina that adds character to your piece. Whether it’s our smooth classic leather, soft glove leather, or embossed textures, each finish is designed for longevity and to be used through generations. 

Bags crafted from hair-on leather have a unique look that is part of the material’s natural charm. However, it is important to note that the hair may shed or wear off over time – especially due to friction against clothing or other surfaces. This is a natural characteristic of this type of material and not a product defect. 

Care:

General: Before use, we recommend treating your item with a protector spray. To keep the leather flexible and soft, apply a leather balm regularly.

Important: Always test leather balm on a non-visible spot first, as different leather qualities (such as embossed or metallic finishes) may react differently to the treatment.

Cleaning: Remove spots with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Never use large amounts of water, as this can result in staining or discoloration.

If wet: If your bag gets wet, wipe it immediately with a dry cloth and let it air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct heat.

Suede is an elegant natural material known for its soft, brushed surface. Because of its open fibers, it is more sensitive than smooth leather and requires a bit of extra attention to keep its beautiful finish. Slight color rub and shedding are natural characteristics of suede and should be expected during wear.

Care:

Protection: Before your first use, waterproof your suede item with a multipurpose protector spray. Repeat this on a regular basis to protect against moisture and dirt.

Color & Humidity: Avoid prolonged contact with water, as color transfer occurs more easily onto clothing in humid conditions. We recommend being mindful of light-colored clothing when using your suede piece for the first time.

Shedding: It is natural for suede to shed some fibers onto other materials. This can easily be removed with a standard lint roller.

Maintenance: If the surface becomes smooth over time, use a specialized suede brush to gently lift the fibers and restore the signature look.

We use different types of silk to achieve the perfect drape and feel. Silk is a natural fiber that is breathable and temperature-regulating, making it a luxurious choice all year round.

Care:
Silk is delicate and should be handled with care. We recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle silk detergent or professional dry cleaning. To preserve the colors and the fine fibers, always dry your silk pieces flat and away from direct sunlight.

Wool is a natural high-performance fiber, celebrated for its breathability and insulating warmth. Whether it’s our cozy mohair blends or lightweight alpaca, these materials are designed to last. However, wool is a delicate fiber that requires mindful care to maintain its shape and texture.

Care:

We generally do not recommend washing wool scarves frequently. Wool is naturally odor-resistant, so simply airing it out in fresh air is usually enough to refresh it.

Hand Wash (Only if necessary): If your scarf needs a deeper clean, follow these steps carefully:

1. Fill a bowl with cold or lukewarm water and add a small amount of specialized wool detergent.
2. Place the scarf in the water and move it gently—avoid rubbing or twisting.
3. Rinse in clean water.
4. Gently squeeze out excess water into a dry towel and let it dry flat to maintain its structure.

Note: Never use a washing machine or tumble dryer, as this will cause the material to shrink or lose its shape.
